The spirit of Cacao will help you re-balance your energies. Through opening your Heart, the Spirit of the Cacao allows you to tune into your inner voice and help you to align with your true purpose.

The Cacao is a powerful yet gentle plant medicine and there are certain things that will make your experience of Cacao better, these are:

~Eat lightly on the day of the Ceremony and try to avoid eating anything 3 hours before the actual Ceremony time.

~Try to avoid caffeine and animal produce on the day of the Ceremony but if not, please refrain for the 3 hours prior to the start time of the Ceremony.

~Please give serious thought and consideration to what you want to gain from the Ceremony.

What to bring with you:

~ Your intention for the Ceremony

~ A yoga mat, pillow and blanket

~ A journal and pen

~ A bottle of water

~ Your own favourite mug if you wish

**Please note**

Please notify me in advance if you have never had Sacred Cacao before as it may be ideal to start with half the recommended Ceremonial amount. Please contact me privately if you are currently taking MAOi or SSRI anti-depressants or have any form of cardiac issues before booking.

Due to the current circumstances with Covid-19 the event will be kept to small numbers which will make it a lovely, intimate event. I will endeavour to hold the event outside but if adverse weather does happen on the day, we can move indoors.

The spiritual investment for this event will be £15 and as always, a donation is always acceptable but on this occasion I must ask for a minimum donation of £5 to cover the raw materials.

This event will be held in Bellshill and will have a spiritual investment of £15.  Tickets can be purchased online or you can pay on the day by prior agreement.  Tickets are non-refundable 48hrs prior to the event.***
