About the event
"Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgementally" - Jon Kabat-Zinn
Mindfulness can significantly reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety and other nervous disorders.
Mindfulness will give greater insight, improved problem-solving, better attention, less stress and anxiety, more acceptance and better mind-body integration.
The practice of mindfulness cultivates a heart-centred approach to ourselves and others - where we FEEL, rather than THINK, what is happening in any given moment.
If you are interested in learning more, I look forward to seeing you at this 90 minute session.
