Have you heard about IHT but aren't sure what it is or what it's all about? Why not come along to the taster event where you can hear, see and hopefully get the opportunity to experience it first hand.

**Do you have pain in your neck and shoulders
** Do you have tension in your legs, hips or lower back
**Do you spend your day hunched over a computer
**Do you carry a baby on one hip
**Do you carry a bag on one shoulder
**Do you have TMJ, cracking or crunchy jaw
This is not a comprehensive or exhaustive list but if you answered "Yes" to any of the above, the IHT Taster may be the afternoon for you!
