Chakra & Aura Cleansing Course (10 weeks)

The course curriculum will be as follows:

Week 1:

A detailed introduction into the Chakra system and the auric field. This is an information intensive class and there will be plenty of time for questions.

Week 2:

The Root chakra. In this week we will work in detail with the Root chakra, what causes an overactive or underactive chakra, what effects this can have on the physical body, and the various methods of how to balance it. This will be followed by a roughly 30 minute guided meditation to start you on your Root chakra balance.

Week 3:

The Sacral chakra. In this week we will work in detail with the Sacral chakra, what causes an overactive or underactive chakra, what effects this can have on the physical body, and the various methods of how to balance it. This will be followed by a roughly 30 minute guided meditation to start you on your Sacral chakra balance.

Week 4:

The Solar Plexus chakra. In this week we will work in detail with the Solar Plexus chakra, what causes an overactive or underactive chakra, what effects this can have on the physical body, and the various methods of how to balance it. This will be followed by a roughly 30 minute guided meditation to start you on your Solar Plexus chakra balance.

Week 5:

The Heart chakra. In this week we will work in detail with the Heart chakra, what causes an overactive or underactive chakra, what effects this can have on the physical body, and the various methods of how to balance it. This will be followed by a roughly 30 minute guided meditation to start you on your Heart chakra balance.

Week 6:

The Throat chakra. In this week we will work in detail with the Throat chakra, what causes an overactive or underactive chakra, what effects this can have on the physical body, and the various methods of how to balance it. This will be followed by a roughly 30 minute guided meditation to start you on your Throat chakra balance.

Week 7:

The Third Eye chakra. In this week we will work in detail with the Third Eye chakra, what causes an overactive or underactive chakra, what effects this can have on the physical body, and the various methods of how to balance it. This will be followed by a roughly 30 minute guided meditation to start you on your Third Eye chakra balance.

Week 8:

The Crown chakra. In this week we will work in detail with the Crown chakra, what causes an overactive or underactive chakra, what effects this can have on the physical body, and the various methods of how to balance it. This will be followed by a roughly 30 minute guided meditation to start you on your Crown chakra balance.

Week 9:

Introduction to reading auras. In this week we will work on how to start reading your own aura and what the different colours represent depending on what layer of the aura they are seen in.

Week 10:

This week is where I will teach you how to heal a damaged aura and what is the best way to facilitate a chakra and aura cleansing for friends/family/clients. I will also explain how to use a pendulum to better aid your work in healing yourself and others.
